According to Rector Dr. Bill Breedlove, “Advance planning for the end-of-life can be very helpful and comforting to those who suddenly find themselves grieving, God forbid, the loss of a loved one.” Father Bill urges Good Shepherd parishioners and other members of the community to “consider attending this class and following through with developing or re-examining an existing end-of-life plan as a gift from you to your loved ones.”

To observe Holy Week, the choir of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church Hayesville will perform the cantata “Once Upon a Tree,” at 6 pm Sunday, April 13, in the church sanctuary. A reception will follow. Holy Week services are scheduled throughout the week before Easter Sunday.
