Kathy Wright is presenting her church family with an all (Southern) American lunch of ‘Mater Sandwiches on white bread, with homemade mayo. It is far enough into the season for the tomatoes to be good and juicy. The bread is soft. And, the mayo is good if I do say so myself. There are usually a couple of bowls of potato salad, and ‘nana puddin’. Come one, come all!
